New Chapter

We are stepping in with a new chapter, new leadership, new vision, and a commitment to bring something truly special to Saratoga. And with that said, the first thing we want to do is say thank you. Thank you for the support, the patience, and the love you have shown us over the years. We also want to apologize for not always showing up as the best versions of ourselves. This community deserves loyalty, honesty, and appreciation, and we want you to know we see that now more than ever. Saratoga has truly been the golden ticket in our journey, and we do not take that for granted.

Community Roots

Growing up in the restaurant world teaches you a lot. You struggle, you fail, you learn, and you grow. Through all of that, there is one thing we have learned that matters most. Your community becomes your family, and that is exactly what happened here. The Divot has been built with heart, grit, and a whole lot of support, including from our General Manager Joey, who could not stay away from his Saratoga family either.

Your First Look

As we get closer to our official grand opening, Joey asked if we could invite our community in for a soft opening, a chance for family and friends to connect with us, share feedback, and experience what we have been building at 2 West Avenue under our new ownership. So that is exactly what we are doing. We would love to welcome every single one of you to join us during our soft opening, try our menu, see the upgrades, and be part of this new chapter.

So no, we are not launching happy hour just yet. And no, our drink list is not rolling out on day one. But what we are ready to share is our food, our atmosphere, our progress, and the chance to come together again as a community.

We are bringing Saratoga the best brunch in town. We will be open from 9 AM to 11 PM, Monday through Sunday, and we promise you will not be disappointed. This is more than a restaurant. This is new ownership. This is a fresh start. This is gratitude for the past and excitement for the future. This is family. This is community. This is The Divot.
